The integration of Safety, Quality, and Productivity are necessary for a successful project. Without any one of them, a project will suffer. KCI's Operations Team focuses on these three elements every day on every project. Pre-planning and communication of daily goals to everyone on the job ensure that at the end of the day we can all go home the same way we started the day. We pride ourselves on our ability to self-perform and retain risk, and we don't subscribe to the idea that self-performed, high risk work will result in incidents or injuries.
