Senior Project Manager, DOT – STL

The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage all facets of assigned project (s), including,
safety, planning, project schedule, project documentation, managing risk, profitability, and overall
day-to-day operations, resulting in a profitable, well-constructed project.

Director of Estimating – STL

Play a key role in KCI’s preconstruction and estimating operations, providing strategic leadership and oversight in the preparation of comprehensive estimates. Reporting to the Director of Estimating, the Senior Estimating Manager will manage all aspects of pricing and bidding for civil, highway/roadway, design-build, water/wastewater, and self-perform general contracting projects. This role demands extensive expertise in construction means and methods, cost analysis, and advanced construction principles, as well as the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.

The Project Director shall provide leadership and managerial oversight to assigned
project management teams to ensure projects are being managed and constructed in a safe and
efficient manner to successful completion.
