KCI Moves Headquarters In St. Louis

KCI Construction Company has relocated its St. Louis headquarters to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in West County.

KCI Construction Company has relocated its St. Louis headquarters to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility at 1260 Andes Boulevard. The office was designed to support the company’s continued growth.

Previously operating out of two separate locations on Lake Bluff Drive and Craig Road, the move allows the majority of KCI’s team to work together in one cohesive, collaborative environment.

The new headquarters boasts numerous amenities, including multiple conference and meeting rooms, focus rooms, a spacious café, a dedicated training room, and an on-site gym. Equipped with advanced technology, the workspace is optimized to enhance employee productivity and efficiency.

While the new office serves as the primary hub, KCI continues to utilize its Lake Bluff Drive location as a warehouse. The company also maintains a temporary office in Festus to support the I-55 project, scheduled for completion in 2026, and operates a full-service office in Springfield, MO.
