KCI Supports Pink Ribbon Good with Family Day and Companywide Pink Out
KCI team members and their families came together in October to support breast cancer patients and families through Pink Ribbon Good.
At KCI Construction, supporting our people and communities means showing up for causes that make a difference. For the second consecutive year, KCI is partnering with Pink Ribbon Good (PRG) to support individuals and families navigating a breast cancer diagnosis.
As part of the company’s October efforts, KCI hosted a Family Day, bringing employees and their families together to support PRG and raise awareness during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The event provided an opportunity for the KCI family to connect outside of work while supporting an organization that helps ease the burden of a cancer diagnosis.
In addition to Family Day, KCI employees collected cozy socks to donate to individuals undergoing cancer treatment. The donation drive offered a simple way to provide comfort and encouragement to those facing a difficult time.
KCI also showed its support through a companywide Pink Out, with employees across the organization wearing pink shirts in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and in support of PRG. From the office to the jobsite, the participation demonstrated a shared commitment to the cause.
Pink Ribbon Good provides support to individuals and families affected by breast and gynecological cancers, helping ease everyday burdens so patients can focus on their health and recovery. Through its work, the organization provides services such as meals, transportation to treatment, housecleaning and peer support.
KCI’s continued support of PRG reflects the company’s commitment to serving its people and community. By bringing employees and families together, collecting donations and showing support across the organization, KCI is proud to help make a difference for those facing cancer.
At KCI, we’re built by us—and that means standing together for our communities and the people who need support.
