This project included the construction of a 33,000 square foot two story medical clinic built over a basement at the second busiest intersection in Springfield.The entire project site was approximately two acres, and the client strongly encouraged discretion throughout the process with an 8’ tall fence.KCI self-performed the following scopes to ensure critical project milestones were completed correctly and quickly; earthwork (to include the basement foundations), site utilities (to include a StormTech detention system), concrete foundations (to include formed basement walls 10’ high) and general carpentry.
