This project is a 42,000 square foot surgical facility.The building has been occupied throughout the remodel with the construction being phased to accommodate.It includes an addition to the current OR suites, a new Pre and Post Op care suite, relocation and expansion of the pharmacy and lab facilities, a new reception and waiting area and renovations to the Central Sterile facility.Included a necessary and critical sanitary sewer update throughout an active corridor.
