In an effort to further revitalize an area of University City and the City of St. Louis with trolley cars, KCI was contracted to install a new 2.2 mile long track system from the West end of the Delmar Loop to the Forest Park History Museum, by running East on Delmar and then South on DeBaliviere and back. Streetscape modifications include boarding stations, landscaping, lighting and signals to further enhance this area. As part of the project, KCI also replaced a 4-span bridge over the live MetroLink tracks near DeBaliviere and Forest Park Avenue.
