Bi-State Development needed assistance on the rehabilitation of the bridge along the Skinker Metrolink stop. KCI was contracted to replace a 320 lf rail, conduct a crib wall removal and re-grading, replace the bridge bearings, and repair the floorbeam bolsters and girders as well as the substructure concrete.
