KCI is constructing improvements at the Warrenton Wastewater Treatment Plant designed to enhance the facility’s treatment capabilities, reliability and long-term infrastructure. The project includes installation of a new mechanical grit system, an additional clarifier, launder covers at the existing clarifiers, slide gates, a sludge digester and a new pump station. The extensive scope of work also includes demolition, cast-in-place concrete structures, underground and process piping, pre-engineered metal buildings, miscellaneous metals, and electrical and controls. KCI is coordinating multiple construction disciplines throughout the project while working within an active wastewater treatment facility.The improvements will provide the Warrenton community with upgraded wastewater treatment infrastructure and additional treatment capabilities.
