Waynesville High School
Construction of a new high school for the Waynesville R-6 School District included a theater, gymnasium, classrooms and administrative spaces. The four-level facility was constructed of a precast shell on structural steel framing and load bearing CMU, with a combination of standing seam and membrane roofing. Despite substantial weather delaying the critical path of the project schedule, KCI was able to work with the owner and architect to mitigate the effect on the schedule. The result was completion 67 calendar days ahead of the contract completion date, which allowed the owner to move into the new building over winter break instead of waiting until summer.
“I highly recommend (KCI) for whatever type and/or size of project and believe you will be thoroughly satisfied with their workmanship, quality of work and their staff.”
